Big massive shout out to the one and only Sir David Rodigan for playing tracks from Wake & Break on his Radio 1xtra Sunda Reggae show!! After receiving some great fredback on the album, it was a real pleasure to hear him playing "Setting The Record Straight" and "Same Style" in and amongst some of the Captain's favourite reggae bands and artists!

Contact was first made with David Rodigan back at Secret Garden Party 2011 when a CD was launched onto the stage during one of his sets. He picked it up, enjoyed what he heard and played it on his Kiss FM show!

2014! An Incredible Year!!

2014 was an incredible year for Captain Accident & The Disasters! Massive love to everyone that has been involved over the past year. The year included include two great tours, both in the UK and in Europe. Played a load of new countries including Slovenia, Italy, France & Austria as well as getting back to Netherlands & Belgium. Gaining a main support slot with Less Than Jake was pretty damn mind-blowing! Another highlight was Boomtown Fair - after being scheduled a 3am slot on a stage which hada major power cut, the night was looking doomed! BIG LOVE to everyone that came along, rammed the tent out and did a stage invasion to sing acappella through the power cut!

2015 will see some changes in the CA&theD camp. Sadly Kai & Sam have decided to part ways - Good luck in their next venture - It's been wicked having them on board for so long and they will definitely be missed! Steven Johns will be taking over on guitar duties as of 2015 and also looking to bring a percussionist into the mix. Official keyboard player is still tbc.
